Recently, The Brain Show came to visit East Lake Elementary School thanks to our PTA Arts in Education program. It was an educational Brain "game show" beyond compare for our 2nd and 3rd grade students. The host of the Brain Show, Joe O'Malley had all the students on their feet dancing, laughing, and having an incredible time participating in the educational "game show". The game show was set up just like a tv game show with lights, podiums, and buzzers. The students broke up into teams and competed against each other answering questions in math, science, history, language arts, sports, and music. This was an amazing confidence and team building booster. The students were also very excited to watch their teachers compete against each other.
