To Our Massapequa Family:

With June now upon us, it is remarkable to reflect on all that our students, staff, and community accomplished over the past month. From yesterday’s Flags for Freedom event to our music concerts, Decision Day, Special Olympics, and the recognition of our retirees and newly tenured staff, this spring has provided many opportunities to come together, support one another, and reflect with gratitude on the freedoms that make so much of what we do possible as we commemorate America’s 250th birthday.

What inspires me most is that Massapequa never stands still. We are a community committed to continuous improvement, always seeking potential and creating opportunities for every student to discover who they are, what they love, and how far they can go.

As we enter the final weeks of the school year, there is much to celebrate and be grateful for, and I am pleased to share the latest editions of our Massapequa Minute and Massapequa Moment.

In just two weeks, we will celebrate the Massapequa High School Class of 2026 at Hofstra University’s Mack Arena. As we look ahead to moving-up ceremonies, senior awards, and the final days of school, there is much to celebrate and even more to look forward to.
